The Summit Sisters is an all-female folk/rock/pop cover band from the Santa Cruz Mountains who perform memorable hits from the 60s and 70s to the songs of today -- with a focus on female artists. Their fun stage presence, groovy pants and perfectly blended harmonies regularly fill music venues and gather new fans along the way.

COMPLEMENTARY YOGA BEFORE THE WAVES ROLL IN!
About 2 hours before the first heat hits the water at the Women on Waves contest in Capitola, I’ll be leading a free yoga session for anyone who needs a little breath, a little grounding, or just a good stretch before cheering or charging.
You do not need to be flexible. You don’t even need to know what a downward dog is. Just show up. In your wetsuit or your warm layers. With your surfboard, and your coffee. This is yoga for the in-between — that sacred pause before the doing.
Whether you're paddling out, standing on the sidelines, or somewhere in between, come find your breath with me. We’ll move gently, breathe deeply, and remember we’re allowed to soften even when we’re showing up strong.
