​We're beyond excited to welcome you back for another unforgettable weekend celebrating surf, sisterhood, and stoke.

This year's event takes place October 17–18, 2026 at Capitola Beach, and we've got some exciting updates we can't wait to share.

New Category Names

Our categories' names have a fresh new look:

• Giggly Groms (ages 5–9)

• Sandy Girls (ages 10–14)

• Swell Seasters (ages 15–19)

• Salty Squad (ages 20–29)

• Cheeky Chicas (ages 30–39)

• Longboard Ladies (ages 40–49)

• Sea Señoras (ages 50–59)

• Legends (60+)
   

New Divisions:

Capitola Queens (all ages advanced group) 

The Capitola Queens division is for advanced surfers ready to test their skills against the best, regardless of age. This elite division brings together talented competitors for a fun and challenging showdown in the waves. If you're looking to push yourself to the next level and compete for an awesome prize*, the Capitola Queens division is for you. Limited to 6 participants.

Novice and Fancy Novice (10-100)

One of the questions we hear every year is, "I'm not exactly a beginner anymore... but I'm not intermediate either."

So we created a new division just for you! Our goal is to make choosing your division easier, so everyone gets to surf with others at a similar skill level while having the most fun possible. MORE INFO

NEW! Stand-Up Paddle Relay Race

We're also excited to introduce our first-ever Stand-Up Paddle Relay Race!

Grab your friends, cheer each other on, and get ready for some friendly competition and plenty of laughs. It's all about teamwork, fun, and celebrating life on the water.
